The staff were so adorably kind and made delicious breakfast lunch and dinner for us. The view was very serene in contrast to it's chaotic town (which is not a bad thing it's just funny) and we dined by the pool and rode bikes around the big lake and little dirt rodes with really lush green views. this was one of my most relaxing stays in Sri Lanka. There weren't many tourists around either (i think i counted 6) which I think always makes for more of an escape :)

So nice hotel. Nice cottages. We recommended this property withour doubts. The swimmingpool and the breakfast was also great ;)

The owner is very nice and helped us with everything. They even openend the hotel for one night even though originally they planned to close it at the time. We got bicycles for free, which was amazing to explore the city of Anuradhapura. The Pool was very clean and of perfect comdition.

Karu was a wonderful and attentive host, he could read our minds and made our stay a wonderful, memorable experience. We also met the owner who was very friendly as well. We planned to stay one night but extended our stay because we were enjoying Karu's hospitality and wonderful cooking skills so much. It was also a great to relax in the pool after visiting the temples of Anuradhapura all day long. We definitely recommend this place, even through it's a bit of a bike ride to the temples.

Amazing Location with affordable & reasonable price. Very Supportive and friendly staff. It is a good place to visit those who love to feel nature and clam. Looking forward to seeing the completion of the remaining construction part in next visit.

Great and helpfull staff, willing to help with everything you need. They provided bicycles on arrival for us. We got advice about were to go and how to get there. Also the dinner provided for us was great and for a very good price. They are more than willing to give a little extra to make your stay perfect. The pool was very nice to cool off.

Literally 5* absolutely amazing.

Quiet and calm place, great cook / food. Bike rental available. Nice swimming pool. A lot of noices at night.... In the rooms no water pressure at all so shower is realy bad, with cold water. At the end, when paying the bill, other money prices were asked than discussed on forehand. Dinner 550 rp...but then a dinner with chicken 750. Breakfast 350 but a western egg all of a sudden 550... And then also 10% service charge on everything, which never happened anywhere else. Clearly a story of tourist scam. Be sure to discuss all prices before!!

Beautiful room and a swimming pool. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Excellent service from the staff, whom helped us get a guide to show us the city and even went to the medical center to get bandages because I cut my foot. He went on bike, in the dark evening, talk about amazing costumer service!!!

Amazing place to stay for a family and even for a couple.. cozy wooden interior to make our stay more comfortable.. place was clean and excellent food.. Friendly staff and even the owner of the property .. extra ordinary service..
